Cadbury is bringing back Fudge bars to its medium Christmas selection boxes after complaints from shoppers.
Fudge went missing from the selection box lineup in 2017 - when it was replaced by the newer Dairy Milk Oreo bar.
That decsion has now been reversed - with the Oreo bar gone and Fudge returning.
A Cadbury spokesman said: “Following feedback from our consumers we have decided to bring back the original selection this Christmas which will include the much loved Cadbury Fudge.”
The bar will now take its rightful place alongside the Curly Wurly, Milk Buttons, Crunchie and Double Decker bars in Cadbury's medium selection boxes.
The move to remove Fudge bars from medium selection boxes sparked outrage at the time .
Cadbury said it wanted "to improve the mix and offer more of a variety for our fans".
But Fudge fans took to social media to express their frustration, with Twitter user Mark Atwood declaring: "Christmas is ruined".
Louisa Wheeler tweeted: "OMG, just heard #Cadbury have changed fudge for Oreo dairy milk, what are you thinking? Have you lost your mind @CadburyUK , it’s the best bit."
Antony Little said: "No more fudge bars in @CadburyUK selection pack?
"Explain yourselves!"
