Cabot Circus in Bristol to welcome new Bubbleology store

A new Bubbleology store is opening at Cabot Circus.

The bubble tea chain already has a shop on Queens' Road in Clifton, and its second will open on the ground floor of the city centre shopping centre.

A barrier has been constructed around the front of the site of the new store, next to Ernest Jones, which reads: "Bubbleology: Coming Soon".

Cabot Circus is also currently home to CUPP Bubble Tea.

Bubble tea is a term used to describe the flavoured fruit teas and milk teas served by Bubbleology. The drinks have chewy tapioca balls in them which are sucked up with a straw.

It is called bubble tea because of the shaking involved in making it.

The drink is served in a variety of flavours, while the stores also sell waffles and gelato.

Bubble tea originated in Asia and Bubbleology launched in the UK in 2011, where it now has 16 stores, in cities including London, Cardiff and Manchester.

There are also outlets in Europe, the Middle East and the USA.
