Liz Truss has posted a selfie with Taylor Swift at the BAFTA awards.
The Chief Secretary to the Treasury shared an image with the pop star on her Instagram page writing: “Look what you made me do, Taylor.”
The image was posted in the early hours of Monday morning, at an after show party following the awards ceremony.
One user commented: “Aww you both looked so gorgeous”
While another said: “Thank goodness for other celebrities…. We get a glimpse of princess tay.”
Ms Truss also posted images from the awards show.
Taylor Swift was in town supporting her boyfriend Joe Alwyn whose film The Favourite collected seven awards.
They were pictured inside the after party at Grosvenor House before the couple then headed to another after party at Annabel’s.
Their appearance together was rare as they have kept their romance largely out of the public eye.
