The Honda Grom is one of the cutest motorcycles on the planet. Its pint-sized stature hides a big-bike demeanor, and it's beloved wherever it's sold, as it's cheap, cheerful, and allows many a rider to get on two wheels for the first time.
The diminutive motorcycle has even ingratiated itself into the motorcycling zeitgeist and developed a cult-like following that has seen a modifying culture rise up, as well as those using the little motorcycles to go racing. Honda, ever to meet the demands of its customers, saw this trend and even brought out a factory-spec racing Grom for its home market of Japan.
No one else got the HRC Grom, but as with everything from Japan, it eventually makes its way to the United States. And that's how this 2023 Honda HRC Grom Cup came to our shores. And it's up for sale right now. So, someone please buy this adorable racing machine before I do.

This particular HRC Grom Cup comes to us from Bring a Trailer, where the auction site lists it as a zero-kilometer example from 2023. The motorcycle is finished in all white, doesn't have a headlight, and looks as pristine as you could possibly get. Why anyone would buy a racing Grom and not race it, however, is anyone's guess, as this would be so dirty had I bought it new myself.
The motorcycle is powered by a 124cc single-cylinder engine with a five-speed transmission. According to the listing, the Grom also features aftermarket "equipment include[ing] a lower cowl, a tail panel, an upswept custom exhaust, a Tyga steering limiter, electronic fuel injection, a black solo seat, rear set foot controls, 12″ alloy wheels, disc brakes, and a side stand."
As for how it got here, the auction site states that the HRC Grom "was acquired by the selling dealer in 2024 in Japan and subsequently imported into the US. However, since it doesn't have a headlight, and given that it's a JDM import, it's only being sold with a bill of sale. Sorry, Grom folks, this won't be tearing up your local neighborhood any time soon.
At the time of writing, the current bid is up to $5,600, though given the Grom's cult-like status, I could see that rising considerably. Now, Honda, bring the HRC Grom Cup to the states and let RideApart field an entry!
