A variety of contemporary artworks by 49 recognised artists in Thailand are available for showcase and purchase during "Art Move", a fundraising exhibition that is running on the 9th floor of Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Pathumwan intersection, until March 6.

This is an opportunity for enthusiasts and collectors who wish to help move the Thai contemporary art scene forward to acquire works by their favourite artists as part of the proceeds will support the operation of the art centre.

Earlier this year, the art centre initiated "BACC Fundraising Project 2021" to engage the public and private sector in supporting it to continue to serve as a leading art centre in the country.

The project started with "Art In Postcards", which sold special postcard sets designed by more than 12 artists. Then, the "People To People" exhibition was held to sell works by more than 60 participating artists. Both endeavours were well received.

"Art Move" is the latest project held in collaboration with 49 artists and private galleries to exhibit and sell works to raise more funds, which are still vital to the continuation of the arts and culture activities at the BACC.

The artists have reduced the price of their works specifically for this exhibition to ensure more people can consider contributing. A virtual tour is available via bit.ly/3ygsdsh or visit anyflip.com/kpbyw/mmqd for the e-catalogue.
