- The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has announced that Buttermilk Confections is recalling its Honeycomb Blast Choc Bar due to the product containing milk, which is not listed on the label.
- The recall targets 45g bars with the batch code BM26105 and a best before date of 15 June 2027.
- According to the FSA website , Buttermilk Confections “has been advised to contact the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall. The company has also issued a point-of-sale notice to its customers.”
- The FSA has advised those who “have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents” and have purchased the product to not consume it.
- Customers should “instead return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.”
