A busy Kilmarnock road has been sealed off by police this afternoon.
It's understood that emergency services are attending an incident on Ayr Road in the town.
An eyewitness reported seeing police, ambulances and fire engines racing to the area earlier.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
