Princes Street in Edinburgh was closed off on Friday afternoon following a collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident, near The Caledonian Hotel, at around 3.40pm.
Ambulance crews and police attended the incident.
A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: "We were called at 3.40pm to a report of a collision involving a male pedestrian and a vehicle."
Scottish City Link tweeted: "SERVICE UPDATE: There is a police incident on Princes Street in Edinburgh, the road is currently closed.
"Vehicles are being advised to divert in both directions.
"This will cause delays to our 900 service.
"Updates to follow."
