A busy Scots road has been closed in both directions due to an ongoing police incident.
The A90 at St Fergus has been shut while officers carry out investigations.
Traffic Scotland have issued a waning to drivers and urged people to find alternative routes where possible.
Detail of the incident, north of Peterhead, is not clear at this time.
The road was shut just before 5pm and remains closed.
Traffic Scotland say the route is likely to stay shut for some time.
They Tweeted: “The A90 is now CLOSED both ways at St Fergus (north of Peterhead) due to a police incident.”
