Busta Rhymes has showed off his incredible weight loss transformation.
The hip hop legend, 48, took to his Instagram account on Friday to post before and after pictures of his body that revealed a huge difference.
In the first picture he carried weight around his stomach, arms and legs, and in the second snap he had rippling abs and bulging arm muscles.
He lifted up his top to show off his toned stomach in the photo, which had been taken in a gym where he'd clearly been working hard.
Busta, whose real name is Trevor George Smith Jr., captioned the photo: "Don't ever give up on yourself!!
"Life begins right now!!! My dedication is different!!
"I would never put out an album and not be in the best shape of my life!!
"I respect myself too much and I respect y'all too much!!!
"I'm only here to inspire!!"
Busta said he wanted to get in shape for the release of his new album Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God
His transformation wowed his Instagram followers.
