A heartfelt speech from a busker is striking a chord with thousands of people who loved her thoughts on kindness.
The plea from singer Samantha Lloyd, from Stoke-on-Trent, went viral after she shared a clip of her reaction to some rude feedback from a passer-by.
Her video on TikTok has been viewed more than 145,000 times and sparked hundreds of supportive comments.
In her caption, she admitted: "I kinda went off on one which I don't normally do, to be honest."
In it, she can be heard asking: "Oh my god, why do you have to be so rude?," and a woman can be heard shouting: "You tell him," encouragingly.

Samantha continues: "Like just be nice, it's not hard. If you've got nothing nice to say, don't say it at all. Save your breath and save your energy.
"Okay? Be nice to people in life, it's not difficult, it takes more energy to be nasty and horrible.
"You know, if you don't like me that's fine but you don't need to come over and tell me and be rude.
"Just get on with your day. I'm only here once a week or something like that so it's not going to affect your life is it?"
Samantha's plea for kindness was well-received, as many commented praising her.
One commented: "So true you tell them. You should have started singing 'Rude' by Magic."
Another added: "You are so right, if people don't want to listen to you, they should just walk on past."
"People sometimes say turn the other cheek and stay quiet. But people have to know their verbal comments aren't welcome," wrote a third.
