Chicago police are warning businesses on the Near West Side of three reported burglaries in August.
In each incident, the offender broke a window, entered the business and took items from within, Chicago police said.
These burglaries happened during the evening and early morning hours Aug. 6 in the 1600 block of West Washington Street, Aug. 14 in the 1100 block of West Madison Street and Aug. 20 in the 2300 block of West Madison Street, police said.
One man in his 40s is suspected in the burglaries, police said.
