Police are warning the public after businesses were burglarized in September on the Near North Side.
In each incident, someone broke the glass of front doors or windows of businesses and stole property from inside, Chicago police said in an alert.
The burglaries happened:
- During late evening hours Sept. 21 in the 200 block of East Grand Avenue
- During late evening hours Sept. 28 in the 600 block of North Michigan Avenue
- During early morning hours Sept. 27 in the first block of East Illinois Street
The suspect is described as a male standing 5-foot-6 and weighing 140 pounds, police said.
