Police are searching for a group of men in connection to a string of business robberies in the Near North Side.
In each robbery, surveillance cameras recorded two to four men enter a store and grab purses on display tables before fleeing in a waiting vehicle, Chicago police said.
The robberies happened:
- June 8 in the first block of East Delaware Place;
- June 13 in the 700 block of North Michigan Avenue; and
- July 3 in the first block of East Grand Avenue.
The men are between 20 to 25 years old and were wearing various colored hooded sweatshirts, police said.
