A "groundbreaking" Channel 4 show left viewers feeling impressed after an expert showed a simple way to address unconscious bias.
Discrimination in the workplace has the ability to shatter a person's confidence and happiness.
But in many instances, people may not realise that they're being affected by their biases - meaning the problem continues.
One man recently demonstrated a simple method to help improve the hiring process - and people were impressed.
In the new show, multi-million-pound investor Eric Collins heads into ailing businesses to help offer help - and offer an investment.
He visited Prymo, a repair and restoration company in Manchester, for the first episode, and helped them choose their new apprentices.

Before getting company owner Jasen and director Steve to judge their work, he removes the names from the new recruits work.
In an "eye-opening" scene, the duo judge on quality alone, meaning there are no pre-judgements clouding their decisions.
As the pair examine the work, they admit removing the names gives the judgement process a "totally different" feel.
Addressing the simple system, Eric says: "We have got to do things differently if we want to get different results.
"If you think about who runs all the organisations, everyone looks alike. You see it in media, we see it in business.
"Everyone has the same background, that's the issue and this is a way to level the playing field."

The decision to remove names from the process was applauded by viewers on social media.
One commented: "Amazing to see you in action on The Money Maker tonight @ericdcollins.
"Entertaining and insightful with a brilliantly simple demonstration of how we can easily remove the potential for any unconscious bias from a recruitment process. We loved it."
Another wrote: "Yes @ericdcollins! Emphasising profit with purpose - showing the difference between *just* investing and #impactinvesting, and taking away that element of unconscious bias in that recruitment process for the apprentices."
Collins was named by the Powerlist as one the most influential black people in Britain and is among the UK’s top 100 BAME leaders in technology by the Financial Times.
He also recently joined the board of Tech Nation, a government-backed organisation that helps UK startups.
The show is on Channel 4 on Tuesdays at 9pm and on All 4.
