China imposes deposits on U.S., Mexican pecans
China’s Ministry of Commerce issued a preliminary ruling that pecan imports from the U.S. and Mexico are being dumped, causing material injury to the domestic industry. Starting Tuesday, importers must provide deposits to customs based on deposit rates determined for each company.
Alibaba Cloud slashes data center delivery time
Alibaba Cloud has reduced the delivery time for large AI data centers to 100 days using a modular design architecture, while cutting overall construction costs by more than 10%. The company plans to more than triple the global production capacity of its modular data centers this year.
