Buses to run from outside Leeds train station again following major improvement works

Buses are set to run from outside Leeds train station again following major improvement works.

New Station Street outside the station's main entrance will reopen to buses tomorrow (Sunday).

The construction work at the entrance has resulted in an enlarged pedestrian forecourt, brand new bus shelters and yournextbus real-time displays.

It was part of the initial stage of a wider masterplan to improve the station, including the new station roof and platform zero works, and was delivered by a partnership of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, Leeds City Council and Network Rail.

The buses which were diverted during the construction works and will resume tomorrow are listed below.
