A double-decker bus carrying Myanmar factory workers toppled off the road early Tuesday in Tak province, rescue workers reported.
JS100 Radio and the K5 Rescue foundation reported at least three people had died in the crash, and another 40 were injured.
The accident took place shortly after midnight at Mae Ta village in Muang district of Tak province on the Myanmar border.
All the passengers on the bus were believed to be workers from Myanmar.
Photos showed the bus lying on its side beyond the ditch running along side the highway.
