A high school in Bury is to reopen after a blaze broke out inside the building on Monday morning.
Pupils and staff at Tottington High School had to be evacuated
Three fine engines attended the premises on Laurel Street and firefighters spent over an hour tackling the flames and damping down.
They managed to contain the fire, said to have been caused by a fault with an electrical consumer unit, to the room where it began.
Pupils were sent home and the school has today confirmed the school will reopen tomorrow.

In a statement they said: "We can confirm that Tottington High School will reopen to pupils tomorrow."
An earlier statement read: "The fire was contained to the school’s library and is believed to have been due to an electrical fault.
"Once the alarm was raised staff members responded swiftly, following school procedures to ensure all pupils were evacuated safely.
"School leaders are working closely with the local fire department to reopen the school as soon as possible.

"Parents are urged to keep an eye on the school website and parent app for more information."
A Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) spokesman said earlier this morning: "We were called to a fire at 8.36am this morning.
