The home of iconic biscuits, including Maryland Cookies, Jammy Dodgers and Wagon Wheels, the Edinburgh factory is known by sweet-toothed locals as a place to grab bags of biscuits considered not good enough for supermarket shelves.
Burton's employs over two thousand "biscuit workers" with factories in Blackpool, Llantarnam, Dorset, Livingston and Edinburgh and are looking to take on more people at their factory in the west of the capital.
They are looking for a "recorder/warehouse operative" to work on the factory floor covering night shifts, being paid £10.57 per hour.

As part of the production team, one of your responsibilities would be to make "toffee, mallow or crème to depost on the product". You can apply for this role here.
The factory are also looking for a process operator, who will be paid an hourly rate of £10.79 on a day shift or £11.29 on a back shift.
The successful candidate will be taken on on a seasonal contract that expires in December and will be "working together as part of a team to ensure we make great biscuits". You can apply for this job here.
