Burnley vs West Ham: Prediction, tickets, team news, TV, live stream, H2H, odds - Premier League preview

West Ham travel to Burnley in desperate need of a victory to end a miserable run of form dating back to September.

The Hammers are without a win in their last six games and were booed off the pitch after falling to a dismal 3-2 defeat to Newcastle last Saturday.

West Ham’s last win was that comfortable victory over Manchester United in mid-September – a day that must feel like a very long time ago for Manuel Pellegrini and his side.

Fortunately for them, they take on a Burnley side in poor themselves, having lost their last three in the league.

Premier League preview

Burnley vs West Ham
Venue: Turf Moor

Kick-off time: 3pm GMT, Saturday November 9

Prediction

Burnley 1-1 West Ham

West Ham were abject last time out against Newcastle - a point on the road at Turf Moor would mark a respectable improvement, all things considered.

Team news and predicted lineups

Manuel Pellegrini has faced criticism over his team selection in recent weeks and he is set to make changes at Turf Moor.

Ryan Fredericks is set to come in at right-back after Pablo Zabaleta struggled against Newcastle last weekend.

Pellegrini has a decision to make over whether to stick with Fabian Balbuena at centre-back or recall Angelo Ogbonna. Balbuena has found it tough since coming back into the side and Ogbonna had formed a good partnership with Issa Diop before he was dropped.

Felipe Anderson is out of form and is in danger of losing his place meaning Manuel Lanzini, who was left on the bench against Newcastle, could come back into the team as West Ham bid to end their run of five games without a win.

Michail Antonio is back in training after his hamstring injury but the weekend trip north will come too soon for him. He is targeting a return against Tottenham after the international break.

Possible West Ham XI (4-2-3-1): Roberto; Fredericks, Diop, Balbuena, Cresswell; Rice, Noble; Yarmolenko, Lanzini, Snodgrass; Haller
