Defending champions Buriram United face a tricky assignment at Ubon UMT United in Thai League 1 tonight.
Although leaders Buriram have 16 points and Ubon are at the other end of the table with six points, their manager Tatthep Pitakpoolsin believes the northeastern derby won't be an easy game.
"Playing against Ubon is always difficult. Last season, we could only get one point at Ubon,'' said Tatthep.
He said Jakkraphan Kaewprom and Phansa Hemviboon returned healthy after playing for Thailand at the King's Cup last week.
"They did not get injured and this is good news for us,'' he said.
"Although it may be a difficult game for us, our aim is to win."
Buriram's strike force will be led by Brazilian forward Diogo Luis Santo, the league's leading scorer with seven goals.
Ubon chairman Wirasak Jinarat said: "It will be a tough game. We will try to get at least a point from this match."
Surprise packages Port and Sukhothai, who are three points behind the Thunder Castle, will be hoping to continue their good runs.
Port are at home to bottom club Air Force Central, while Sukhothai travel to lowly Navy.
Port assistant coach Weerayut bin Adulrahman said he was wary of the threat from Air Force striker Leandro Assumpcao. "It will be an interesting game and we will try to get three points,'' he said.
Newcomers Air Force have only one point from six games and assistant coach Suvaroj Apiwatvarachai said the team are under pressure and need a result in every game in their fight for survival.
