In each case, someone shattered a side window of the business and took property from inside, Chicago police said.

The burglaries happened:

  • At 1:50 a.m. Sept. 5 in the 4100 block of West Person Avenue
  • At 4:24 a.m. Sept. 15 in the 7500 block of West Addison Street
  • At 2:08 a.m. Sept. 18 in the 3600 block of North Elston Avenue

The suspect in one burglary is described as a woman between 25 and 35 years old, standing 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-4 and 130-150 pounds with blond hair in a pony tail, police said. In another case, police are looking for a man between 25 and 25 years old, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9 and 220-250 pounds with black hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area North detectives at 312-744-8263.
