Chicago police are warning residents of a pair of burglaries reported in Lawndale on the West Side.
In each incident, someone broke into a residence and took property from therein, according to a community alert from Chicago police said.
The first burglary happened between about 11 a.m. Nov. 25 and about noon Dec. 27 to a residence in the 1500 block of South Keeler Avenue, police said. The second happened about 9 a.m. Dec. 23, in the 1500 block of South Kildare Avenue.
