Police are warning South Side residents about a pair of burglaries reported blocks apart in Gage Park.
In each case, someone broke into a home or garage, Chicago police said in a community alert.
The first burglary happened between 10:45 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. March 9 in the 5200 block of S. Maplewood Avenue, police said. The other occurred at 5:30 a.m. March 11 in the 5200 block of South Campbell Avenue.
