Model and TV personality Kelly Brook has been left shaken after her home was targeted by a burglar.
Police said they were called to an address in north-west London at about 7.35pm on Tuesday, following reports of a burglary.
There were no injuries and an investigation is under way, Scotland Yard said. No arrests have been made.
Jewellery and electrical good were reportedly stolen in the burglary, and Brook is said to have disturbed the intruder after having returned home from presenting her Heart Radio show.
She told The Sun: “I won’t be staying by myself tonight.”
Brook, 40, is a model, actress and TV personality known for regular appearances on comedy panel show Celebrity Juice.
She has also featured on shows included Strictly Come Dancing and Loose Women, as well as being a guest judge on the third series of Britain’s Got Talent.
She rocketed to fame in the 1990s off the back of her modelling career and presenting jobs on MTV and Channel 4's The Big Breakfast.
Brook is currently in a relationship with Italian model Jeremy Parisi.
