Burgers that contain Ben and Jerry's ice cream now exist

It might be coat and scarf weather outside, but that doesn't mean we can't still indulge in ice cream.

So to add a hearty touch to the cold summer staple, Ben & Jerry's is now doing burgers - complete with brioche bun - that are filled with their famous ice cream... and they're even vegan.

Featuring a sweet and soft vegan brioche roll that's loaded with speculoos spread (basically Lotus Biscoff), you then get to add your choice of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy ice cream, before the indulgent dessert is topped with salty sweet caramel sauce and finished off with crumbled speculoos cookies and vegan whipped topping.

As they have to be constructed, the Ben & Jerry's burgers will only be available in stores, at the brand's European Scoop Shops.

You can pick up the new vegan line-up from the Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop on London’s Wardour Street, or in Berlin’s Weinbergsweg or Rotterdam’s Witte de Withstraat between 1st and 30th November - just in time for World Vegan Month.

As well as the burger extravaganza, there's also two other totally vegan Ben & Jerry's masterpieces up for grabs: a Toffee Apple Crunch Sundae (think crunchy pecan granola, apple compote and caramel sauce layered with two scoops of Ben & Jerry’s new Non-Dairy Cookies on Cookie Dough ice cream and topped with apple crisps and caramel popcorn) and Campfire Snuggle Hot Chocolate.

Perfect for taking the chill out of those November nights, the Campfire Snuggle hot chocolate comprises of a scoop of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Chocolate Fudge Brownie melted with almond drink and cinnamon into a smooth & fudgey, spiced hot chocolate, topped with lashings of whipped topping, vegan marshmallows and caramel popcorn.

The complete vegan November menu includes:

  • Im-BOSH-ible ice cream burger – Vegan brioche roll, loaded with speculoos spread, your choice of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy ice cream, salty sweet caramel sauce, crumbled speculoos cookies and vegan whipped topping.
  • Toffee Apple Crunch Sundae – Pecan granola, apple compote and caramel sauce, with two scoops of Ben & Jerry’s new Non-Dairy  Cookies on Cookie Dough ice cream, apple crisps and caramel popcorn.
  • Campfire Snuggle Hot Chocolate – A scoop of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Chocolate Fudge Brownie melted with almond drink and cinnamon, topped with vegan whipped cream, vegan marshmallows and caramel popcorn.

The impressive vegan creations are all thanks to BOSH!, who are known for taking classic dishes and giving them a delicious, plant based twist.

Henry Firth and Ian Theasby from BOSH! said; “We’ve loved being let loose in the kitchen with Ben & Jerry’s vegan range, we hope fans will love this menu inspired by some of our favourite American recipes.
