A former burger van worker who had to juggle three jobs has revealed how she is now making thousands of pounds every week as a fashion model.
Ruby Wong, 24, who grew up in Fazakerley near Liverpool, models for brands including JD Sports and Boohoo and travels the world, flying to places like Miami and Dubai.
But her life was not always this glamorous. At one time in her life, she was forced to work three jobs to balance the books.
Her life changed after she was discovered by a modelling agency when she posted a few swimsuit pictures on Instagram, Liverpool Echo reports.

Ruby said: "Before modelling I was working three jobs to keep me afloat, I worked in a hotel, restaurant and a burger van.
"I was always interested in fashion and since I was a baby everyone was always telling me to model, but nerves always kicked in."
She described how the Instagram pictures came about: "My friend had just started a swimsuit business and asked as a favour if I would pose in some of his swimsuits on Southport beach.
"After the shoot, I posted a couple of pictures on my Instagram, I’d never really put body shots on there before.

"Nemesis modelling agency spotted the photos and approached me.
"My mum was so excited but I just didn’t think anything was going to come from it."
Her modelling career took off afterwards.
She said: "I'm not really sure why but I just kept on getting booked.
"When I was first modelling I didn’t know what I was doing so I kept on really over-thinking everything.

"But working with big brands taught me lots, I learnt on the job and I now know how to do it."
Speaking about her travels, she said: "In December, I went to Dubai for two weeks and worked for an e-commerce company, which was amazing. And then last summer I went over to Miami and signed to an agency.
"I'm going to be going back out there again for a couple of months this year.
"I thought I’d be more nervous about travelling alone and doing this but I’m quite confident to be honest. Modelling has just slotted into my life."

She continued: "I’ve bought myself some nice shoes and I’ve paid for my mum and dad to go to New York. I’ve also been on a couple of holidays as well.
"Now I’ve started earning this money I like to use it on others and treat everyone around me."
She said: "People have been really supportive. People who haven’t even talked to me in years, like people from school see me on JD and Boohoo and take a picture or send me pictures of the outfits I’ve modelled in.
"But everyone is always shocked that I’m from Liverpool which is nice because it’s something that should be pushed, we should have more models from Liverpool.
"I’d recommend anyone to do it, it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
"I’d also really like to go into TV presenting or acting, but at the moment, I’m getting all I can out of modelling. "
