Burger King UK will reopen eight more restaurants across England and Scotland on Wednesday 29 April, seven for delivery and one drive-through.
Restaurants will be open from midday to 11pm, and customers will be able to place their orders via Deliveroo and Just Eat.
The branches are operating with a restricted menu for now, but Burger King assured customers that the Chicken Royale, Bacon Double Cheeseburger and Whopper will all be available to order.
The chain has also said it will keep on opening restaurants until there is one working again in every city in the country by May 31.
Burger King's Katie Evans said: "We are so pleased to be able to open more restaurants across the UK this week, including our first restaurant for customer Drive Thru - which is a huge step forward.”
The Burger King drive through reopening is in Havant.
The restaurants opening for delivery only from Wednesday 29 April are in:
- Dundee
- Aberdeen
- Reading
- Hillington
- Southampton
- Merton
- Springfield Quay
The chain has already opened six of its 550 branches, offering a limited menu to customers through delivery services Just Eat and Deliveroo.
Procedures in place to keep staff and customers safe in the reopened restaurants include additional PPE such as masks and gloves for staff, stringent cleaning measures, contactless delivery options via Deliveroo and Just Eat.
Burger King added that all its staff are now "comprehensively trained" on social distancing measures – including how to run kitchens hygienically.
