Bumble wants to pay someone to travel the world making friends and going on dates

If you're obsessed with all things travel and love meeting new people, then you may want to check out Bumble's brand new job offering!

The dating app is looking to pay someone to travel the world for a year, with a mission to make friends, business connections and even go on a date or two.

Think the likes of Australia, Canada, India, Germany, Mexico, Norway, United Kingdom and the USA.

Oh, and it's all expenses paid, for up to a year.

The 'Global Connector Bee' role basically involves you making the most of your trip and then sharing your anecdotes and experiences on social media as well as blogs and vlogs.

Essentially, you're being paid to travel the world, use Bumble's Date, BFF, and Bizz services, and write about it all.

Unsurprisingly, writing experience is preferred, as well as knowledge of social media, blogs and a host of other creative mediums.

You'll be encouraged to make friends and meet new people (Blend Images)

In fact, Bumble explains: "The ideal candidate will be an excellent content creator and self-editor across many mediums (blogs, social media, etc). This creator should have a large portfolio of varied work that includes all types of written content."

You'll also need to be able to work to deadlines while adapting to different time zones - and no lounging around on a beach ignoring your phone, as the job description points out that you'll need to "proactively communicate times you may be unavailable, and respond to requests in a timely manner".

You'll share your experiences on social media and in blogs (E+)

But the company also says it's looking for someone who has "a love of travel and a desire to see far-off places", who is a "social butterfly" and "unafraid to hustle, hustle, hustle"!

You can also find the full job description on the Bumble website here .

You have to be 18 or over to apply and it is open to UK residents.

Feeling tempted? Then head to the Bumble App and match with the 'Travel the World as Bumble's Global Connector Bee' card. You can download the app in the Google Play Store or on iTunes .
