Bulwell man appears in court on drug supply charges

A Bulwell man has been remanded in custody after facing court where he was accused of having drugs with the intention of supplying other people.

Dalanie Crampton, 25, was brought before Nottingham magistrates sitting on Bank Holiday Monday.

He is now due to appear at the city's crown court on September 23.

He faced charges of having cocaine and heroin in a house on Petersfield Close on July 25 with intent to supply. These are Category A drugs.

Crampton is also charged with having cannabis - a Category B drug - with intent to supply.

His home address was given as Neston Drive, Bulwell at the start of the 36-minute hearing.

The case was outlined by Sanjay Jerath, prosecuting.

Crampton was represented by Finn Butler, who had applied for bail on his behalf.

Seven members of the public were present for the hearing.
