National Anti-Bullying Week runs from 17-21 November with this year’s theme being ‘Let’s stop bullying for all’. After receiving a suggestion from Guardian reader markolondon12 we’d like to hear your experiences of bullying.

What advice would you give to those who are being bullied? Were you bullied at work or school? How did your teachers, colleagues or employers support you and what additional support would you have appreciated? How did your friends and family help you? If you have experienced bullying we’d like to hear from you. We’ll feature some of them on the site.

You can share your photos by clicking on the blue ‘Contribute’ button on this article. You can also use the GuardianWitness smartphone app or the new Guardian app and search for ‘GuardianWitness assignments’ – and if you add it to the homepage – you can keep up with all our assignments.
