Bulls lead Pelicans 48-39 at halftime

Feb. 08--NEW ORLEANS -- It's a tired storyline, and Tom Thibodeau seems tired of talking about it.

In a spirited defense of his defense, the Bulls coach reeled off a bunch of statistics before Saturday night's game against the Pelicans that counter claims that Chicago's defense is reeling.

"You guys keep harping on it," he told reporters after being asked about defensive communication. "Points per possession, defensive, we're sixth. I guess you guys see something I don't."
