CHICAGO _ Ryan Arcidiacono, who played on a two-way contract with the Bulls season and for their summer-league team, has agreed to a partially guaranteed deal to return, a source confirmed to the Chicago Tribune on Saturday.
Arcidiacono will compete to make the NBA roster in training camp with the likes of guard Antonius Cleveland, whom the Bulls claimed off waivers last week. The Bulls are carrying 14 guaranteed contracts.
Arcidiacono averaged 2 points and 1.5 assists in 24 NBA games last season. He consistently drew praise from coach Fred Hoiberg for his ball-handling and defensive prowess.
The Bulls have one two-way contract spot open after inking former Arizona guard Rawle Alkins to one last week.
