Bulldogs’ NFL Combine on-field schedule

Dawg fans will have plenty to watch at the 2019 NFL Combine with a total of nine former Georgia Bulldogs being invited to it. The Combine starts tomorrow, the 26th of February, with on-field workouts starting Friday, March 1st and continuing until Monday, March 4th.

Combine drills include: the 40 yard dash, 225 lb bench press, vertical jump, broad jump, 3 cone drill, and shuttle run. Additionally, before the on-field day, players go through medical testing, get official weight & height measurements, and endure an interview process. Below is a list of the on-field days for Georgia’s Combine participants:

March 1st: Lamont Gaillard OL & Elijah Holyfield RB

March 2nd: Terry Godwin WR, Mecole Hardman WR, Riley Ridley WR, & Isaac Nauta TE

March 3rd: Jonathan Ledbetter DL & D’Andre Walker* OLB

March 4th: Deandre Baker CB

With this many studs, look for this group to surpass the 2018’s six drafted selections. Although, 2018 featured 10 former Bulldogs invited to the combine. Expect OLB D’Andre Walker* to be limited in the combine, because he is coming off groin surgery on the same injury that kept him out vs. Texas. Notable UGA NFL Combine snubs include: Natrez Patrick, Juwan Taylor, and Kendall Baker.
