Bulldog in the NFL facing suspension

Former Georgia Bulldogs tight end Ben Watson is facing a suspension. Watson recently signed with the New England Patriots and will try to fill the void left by Rob Gronkowski.

Patriots’ tight end Benjamin Watson wrote on Facebook that he is facing a four-game suspension for a failed test in March of the NFL’s substances policy.

Watson contemplated retiring, but decided to return this past month. Watson will try to go out on top with Tom Brady and the Patriots. Here’s Watson’s Facebook post where he detailed the suspension.

Watson is eligible to return in week 5 vs. the Washington Redskins.
