The fallout from the racist abuse directed towards England during Monday evening's 6-0 win over Bulgaria continues.
Uefa has confirmed that the Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) has been charged following home supporters' "racist behaviour", "throwing of objects" and "disruption of national anthem" during the qualifier.
Meanwhile, the English FA has been charged with "insufficient number of travelling stewards" and "disruption of national anthem".
Boris Johnson and Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borissov have condemned the scenes inside the Vasil Levski Stadium, which prompted the game to twice be halted. Bulgarian FA president Borislav Mihaylov resigned following pressure from Borissov.
MPs on Tuesday afternoon debated next steps both the British government and the sport must take, with Rosen Allin-Khan, Shadow Sport Minister, reminding Uefa that "the world is watching."
