Bukayo Saka's two-word Instagram response to Jack Grealish amid Arsenal fans' dream transfer

Bukayo Saka and Jack Grealish's bond has gone from strength to strength this season as Arsenal fans still clamour for a future transfer.

The England internationals are among a host of Premier League players that are part of a Whatsapp group called 'The Avengers', as revealed by Leicester City midfielder James Maddison.

"We have a little group chat called The Avengers," Maddison said earlier this season. "[It has] Jack Grealish, Ross Barkley, Dele Alli, and John McGinn are the footballers [in the WhatsApp group]."

Meanwhile, Saka and Grealish have continued to exchange messages over social media which has coincided with some Arsenal fans calling for the latter to make the switch to the Emirates Stadium.

An example of their bond came following the Gunners' 3-1 win over Southampton in January where the teenager got on the scoresheet and claimed an assist for Alexandre Lacazette.

On Instagram after the game, Saka posted: "Goal, assist and 3 points. Perfect Tuesday night. Enjoy Gunners," alongside a number of emojis.

Grealish quickly responded with a simple comment that read: "Starboyyyyyy," alongside an emoji of a shooting star and a football.

Fast forward five months and the pair continue to discuss performances.

The latest of which came after Saka scored his first England goal in their 1-0 win over Austria on Wednesday night as Grealish looked to claim the assist.

Taking to Instagram to react to his goal, Saka said: "The moment I always dreamt of growing up."

To which Grealish replied by asking: "Do I get the assist?"

And despite there being little chance of Grealish being credited with the assist as the ball took a few touches and deflections before reaching Saka, the Arsenal youngster responded with a brilliant two-word message.

"Sure bro," Saka said, with an emoji that suggests he wasn't being totally honest.

The interaction between the pair and the sight of them combining together for England has prompted some Arsenal fans to once again call on Grealish to join the club.

Although, in the past, any deal for the Aston Villa playmaker would have cost £100million according to the Telegraph.

Interestingly, before Mesut Ozil's transfer to Fenerbahce was confirmed, football.london asked Arsenal fans on Twitter who they think should be the next No.10.

The options included Lacazette, captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Emile Smith Rowe - which the latter won by a landslide with 51.4% of the vote, but at one stage Grealish was leading the vote.
