Interested architects and architecture students are invited to enter the "BlueScope Design Award 2021" to vie for prizes worth 750,000 baht in total.

Organised by NS BlueScope (Thailand), a leading manufacturer and distributor of high quality steel, in collaboration with the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA), the contest is aimed to promote building design with the usage of metallic coated steel or colour coated steel products to create both eco-friendly and lasting design.
There are two categories. "The Sustainability Of Coated Steel Buildings Design Contest" accepts experimental designs or actual designs of work-in-progress constructions. It's open to architecture students about to graduate and also professional architects and designers.
The first prize winner will receive 100,000 baht while two second prize winners will each receive 50,000 baht in cash. There are also two consolidation prizes worth 25,000 baht each.
"The Sustainability Of Coated Steel Buildings Of The Year 2021/2022", meanwhile, is open to professional architects or project owners who are required to submit the design projects of their finished buildings to vie for prizes worth more than 500,000 baht.
All students and architects who are participating in the contest must be members of the ASA. The application deadline is Nov 15 and entries should be submitted by Nov 30.
