Build a Plane Blood Moon Event Guide
The Blood Moon event is a time-limited event in Build a Plane that you can play until August 8, 2025. It is an hourly event that starts at XX:00 and lasts for 15 minutes.
When the Blood Moon event starts, the sky’s color changes from blue to a bloody shade of red, and circular portals appear over the biomes. Fly your plane through these portals to teleport to the Blood Moon World. There, you’ll see blood moon tokens floating around, which you can collect by flying your plane through them.
Repeat the process as many times as you can during the 15 minutes of the Blood Moon event to collect as many Blood Moon Tokens as you can.
Tips & Tricks for The Blood Moon World
The basic gameplay mechanics stay the same inside the Blood Moon World. You will crash into obstacles and the plane will get destroyed, sending you back to your platform. Similarly, your plane will run out of fuel. So, stock up on fuel before entering the Blood Moon World. It’ll help you fly longer and collect more Blood Moon Tokens.
Also, a great tip is to make your plane taller. The Blood Moon Tokens float up and down, and a taller plane will help you grab more of these.
Blood Moon Event Rewards
While you do earn cash for covering the distance in the Blood Moon World, the real Blood Moon event rewards have to be claimed from the Blood Moon Spinner. You can find it next to Bob’s Blocks Shop.
After collecting Blood Moon Tokens, go to your platform and interact with the Blood Moon Spinner. Use the tokens to buy Spins. One spin costs 10 Blood Moon Tokens. You'll get the following rewards:
- 250 Cash - 25% Chance.
- 500 Cash - 25% Chance.
- 1,000 Cash - 30% Chance.
- 2,000 Cash - 18.5% Chance.
- Blood Moon Wing (time-limited plane block) - 1% Chance.
- Blood Moon Propeller (time-limited plane block) - 0.5% Chance.
New Mechanics - Saves & Earn Offline
With the Blood Moon Event update, the developers have added two new features to Build a Plane.
You can now save a create and save up to 4 Planes. The first save slot is free, but the other three will cost you in-game cash and Robux to unlock. Tap on the new Saves icon, added below the Shop icon, to unlock new save slots and switch between your saved planes.
Next to Bob’s Blocks, there is now a floating gift box that collects cash when you are offline. When you join the game after a long break, check the gift box to see how much cash you earned while you were offline, and walk through the box to claim it.
