Build-A-Bear brings back 'Pay your age' event which led to huge queues at Liverpool store last year

Toy giant Build-A-Bear has announced its 'Pay your age' event is back at its stores, almost a year after the same event caused chaos at its Liverpool ONE store.

The event will only be available in store and means shoppers who provide a valid email address when signing up to the scheme will be entitled to purchase a toy at a much lower cost.

One provision is that the toys will only be given to boys or girls during their birthday month, for the discounted price.

For example, if your little one turns two in April then throughout the month you can visit a Build-A-Bear store and pick up its Happy Birthday teddy for £2.

And that's not all - the store says your little one will get the full celeBEARation which includes birthday cake photo prop, birthday party hat, ringing the birthday bell and they will announce their birthday to the entire workhop.

Liverpool is named one of the best cities to visit in the UK in TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Awards

To claim the offer, shoppers must be a Build-a-Bear Bonus Club member which you can join here.

This offer is available in all U.K. Build-A-Bear Workshop stores and outlets.
