Budgets eats: partaking in Pembrokeshire

Croeso! For this month our regular budget eats series goes west, to Wales, and Pembrokeshire in particular, in search of good places to eat for under £10 a head.

I concentrated on St Davids and south Pembrokeshire in collating my 10, which includes the daytime menu (pdf) at Cwtch, the Sound, Ultracomida, the new-look Cambrian Inn, The Georges, Plum Vanilla and a selection of good local chippies, but we're relying on you to add further suggestions from across wider Pembrokeshire.
Should the Refectory at St Davids cathedral be on this list? The Farmers Arms? The Quayside Cafe at Lawrenny? Or the Siwgr Eisin cake shop in Narberth? If you think so, please make your case. And while we're at it, I'd also be interested in any locals' recommendations of the best places along the coast - usually tiny operations in people's houses - to pick up dressed crab and crab sandwiches. Is it Mo's in Roch? Or that bungalow in Porthgain?

Any early reports on the very promising-sounding, just-about-to-open Carbone Grill & Bar would, likewise, be appreciated and - one last tip - if you spot Trehale Farm knocking out their hot rare-breed sausages on any of the local farmers' markets, try them. They're spot on.

Come on, Pembrokeshire, where are your best places to eat on a budget?
