Bucs have become favorites in Vegas to sign Tom Brady

TB 12 to TB. That’s what the oddsmakers in Las Vegas think now about where Tom Brady will be playing in 2020.

Odds Shark updated its odds on where the G.O.A.T. will call home in the upcoming NFL season. And the Tampa Bay Bucs have become strong favorites.

Here’s a look at the oddsboard:

Bears, Cowboys Dolphins: 50-1

Matt Marton-USA TODAY Sports

The Cowboys have put the exclusive franchise tag on Dak Prescott so that puts them in the trio of long shots.

Colts: 18-1

Jacoby Brissett filled in for Tom Brady once in New England. Could Brady bump Brissett from the Colts’ starting job? Nice odds if you think it could happen.

Raiders: 12-1

Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports

The Raiders are moving to Las Vegas. Would Tom Brady move there with him? The odds of a Jon Gruden-Brady marriage are far from outrageous and it hardly seems like Derek Carr is entrenched with the Silver and Black.

49ers: 10-1

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

It seems like the Niners are going to stick with another former New England quarterback, Jimmy Garoppolo. So, you could be throwing money away if you think there will be an episode of Brady by the Bay in the future.

Chargers 6-1

Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

Philip Rivers is gone. Will the Bolts look to light up Los Angeles with their new stadium by making a splash and signing Tom Brady? They opened up jersey No. 12 by parting with another TB, Travis Benjamin.

Patriots: 11-10

Greg M. Cooper-USA TODAY Sports

The odds are not great but if you have hope Tom Brady stays put in New England you can make some quick cash. This is risky business as there won’t be much reward, except keeping your great QB.

Bucs: 2-3

These are not typical odds. However, what it means is you have to bet 150 to win $100. In horse racing parlance, that would be odds-on or a heavy favorite. Wonder if Bruce Arians will be loading up at the window at Tampa Bay Downs?
