The bodies of two people have been found in a large house in Kate Middleton's home village.
Detectives say they are treating the incident as murder but not looking for anyone else after the scene was discovered in Bucklebury, Berkshire.
Officers were called to a property at around 7.35pm yesterday where they discovered the bodies of a woman and a man, both in their eighties.
A large area around the house was immediately sealed off.
The couple's next of kin have been informed and will be supported by specially trained officers.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Howard, of Thames Valley Police’s Major Crime Unit, said: “This is a tragic incident in which two people have died.
“We are currently investigating and have launched a murder enquiry but we are not looking for anybody else in connection with this incident.
"There is no danger to the public so people locally should not have any undue cause for concern.

“We are aware that Bucklebury is a small community and this will have an impact on its residents, as such people will see an increased police presence. "
Bucklebury village lies around 12 miles west of Reading, Berkshire and is famously home to Kate Middleton's family.
With the Duchess of Cambridge, her sister Pippa and brother James living elsewhere, parents Michael and Carole Middleton have been the primary occupants of the Grade II listed Bucklebury Manor.
They moved to the property in 2012.
