While Cleveland Browns fans patiently wait for the long-promised new uniforms, two NFC South teams treated their fans to overhauled unis.
Well, “treated” is subjective to the eye of the beholder…
Tampa Bay and Atlanta both unveiled their new uniforms this week. Both the Buccaneers and Falcons kept their traditional color schemes but brought out new fonts, jersey/pant combinations and numbering.
They offer a glimpse at where NFL teams who are revamping their designs are looking. We’ll learn soon how much the Browns followed the blueprints here from the Falcons and Buccaneers. The team has promised to reveal the new jersey, pant, sock and accessory combinations sometime this month.
