The PlayStation 5 console is still hot property.
Gamers are still keen to get their hands on the console following supply issues which have plagued the console since its official launch in the UK back in November, 2020.
Retailers in the UK are still limiting the amount of stock they can sell to customers due to the demand for both editions of the PlayStation 5 (Disc and Digital).
BT are the latest retailer to launch their sale of the PlayStation 5, with their drop going live on their website shortly before 10.30am on Thursday (February 24).
A BT spokesperson said: "A limited number of PlayStation 5 consoles are now available to BT broadband customers, which can be ordered here.
"These are available on a first come first serve basis and are only available via the website, so customers will need to use the link and not the My BT app or contact BT telesales."
The telecoms operator is only making the PS5 console available to BT broadband customers only.
The drops come following the launch of Sony's PlayStation VR2.
The next generation virtual reality system for the PS5 console has started with the PlayStation VR2, and their new VR controller, PlayStation VR2 Sense controller.
PlayStation VR2 takes VR gaming to a whole new level, enabling a greater sense of presence and allowing players to escape into game worlds like never before.
With the headset on and controllers in hand, players will feel a heightened range of sensations unlike any other – thanks to the creativity of the game worlds being built by our world class developers, and the latest technology incorporated into the hardware.
