BT Black Friday deals arrive with half price Sport, Sky and Netflix

BT has launched Black Friday sales a week before the day itself.

Customers will be able to get half price sport, cinema, Sky TV and Netflix for three months as part of the new deals, which will run until December 2.

BT TV is offering the first three months half price on five different packages in the Black Friday sale.

They include the Entertainment package, which gives access to Sky Atlantic, Sky Max and NOW Entertainment, as well as Netflix. It will cost £8 for three months and then go up to £16.

BT Sport, which includes Premier League and Champions League games, is £7.50 for three months, while the 'Big Sport' package that bundles in Sky Sports too is now £20 per month, down from £40.

Big Entertainment is down to £13 per month and includes Sky Cinema, while the VIP bundle that includes cinema, sport and Netflix is £36.50, down from £73.

The deals are live as part of BT's Black Friday sale but it is not the only company to launch TV discounts.

Sky is offering the lowest ever price for the Sky Q package as part of its sale and Virgin Media has cut the price of broadband and TV packages.

Online retailers including Amazon, Currys, John Lewis and Argos have also launched Black Friday deals.

Amazon has launched Black Friday a week early with major discounts on the Echo Dot, Echo Show, Fire Stick TV and other devices.

The retailer has also cut the price of vacuum cleaners, headphones, laptops, kitchen appliances and smart phones among others as it launches Black Friday a week before the official date.

The deals are live now and signal the beginning of the biggest shopping day of the year.

Shoppers who have been following the Black Friday sale closely have been able to take advantage of a range of offers, with the hottest deal being the Amazon Echo Dot for just £9.99 via TopCashback.
