Bruntsfield Place incident: Edinburgh cops arrest 50-year-old man after disturbance near the Meadows

Police have confirmed that a 50 year old man has been arrested following a disturbance last night at a premises on Bruntsfield Place in Edinburgh.

Cops raced to the scene near the Meadows at around 7.25pm on Tuesday, 26 January, 2021.

Nobody was injured in the incident and the man will appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 27 January.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a disturbance within premises on Bruntsfield Place in Edinburgh shortly after 7.25pm on Tuesday, 26 January, 2021.
