Paul Pogba may have grabbed the headlines for his winner against AC Milan, but Dean Henderson more than played his part in the San Siro.
However, that wasn't enough for the Manchester United goalkeeper to avoid a gentle ribbing from Bruno Fernandes.
Henderson, who has been handed an extended run between the posts by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer of late, made a crucial save during the 1-0 victory as United booked their place in the Europa League quarter-finals at the expense of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the rejuvenated Italian giants.
Indeed, that telling Henderson moment came against Ibrahimovic as the Swede looked to mark his introduction from the bench with an equaliser against his old club.
It was Henderson who won that battle late on, though, as he kept out Ibrahimovic's close-range header. Fernandes joked that the United goalkeeper had made the stop more theatrical than it needed to be.
Taking to Instagram with a picture of his save from Ibrahimovic, Henderson posted the caption: "Yes! Perfect night in Milan."
Fernandes couldn't resist a tongue-in-cheek dig at the goalkeeper, though, replying: "I knew it, all of this was for the photo! Next time just catch it please."
United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was slightly more complimentary with his assessment of Henderson's save.
"It's a save he should have made last week," Solskjaer said. "Very similar. Very pleased for him, of course. Great save.
"The team is always giving us everything. It starts from the front with the pressing front four really high energy pressing, the back six and keeper, we know what they can do. Very happy with the defensive foundation, that gives you the platform to go and win games."
