Bruno Fernandes tells Manchester United how they can improve after Chelsea win

Bruno Fernandes admitted Manchester United can improve in possession after Monday's win at Stamford Bridge.

Fernandes notched his first assist for United in their 2-0 win over Chelsea as his second-half corner was headed home by Harry Maguire.

The Portugal international spoke to Sky Sports after the match and explained where United can improve.

"I feel great," Fernandes said. "I'm really happy, it's a difficult game against Chelsea, a great team and we needed to win to keep going in this way.

"I think we can do much better with the ball but it was a good game against a good team. They are really good with the ball but we did our game and we won.

"I feel good. I play for the biggest club in England and I'm really happy. It's a dream come true."

Maguire appeared alongside Fernandes in the post-match interview and praised his new teammates' leadership qualities following his arrival from Sporting Lisbon last month.

"You can see the quality on the ball that he brings and his technical ability," Maguire said. "He's a presence as well. He's a leader and he's nice to have around the dressing room. Long may it continue."
